Refunds/Revisions

Unfortunately due to the nature of the service we offer, we are unable to offer a refund. Once the work is complete there is no way to return a product which has been uploaded, or a review or content article written for it. However we do offer 30 days for you to critique and review our work and if you are not satisfied we will redo the work to your specification. This means unlimited revisions within the 30 day window. 


To request a revision, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Revisions (if applicable)

Once your request for revision is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your revision request.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If you are approved, then your request will be processed, and a member of our support staff will email you to get the details of your revision and we will commence the changes or modification within 3 business days of your request being approved.

Late or missing revisions (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your revision yet, first check your email spam/junk folder for additional information from our support staff. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your return, please contact us at support@DynamicCRS.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To request a revision to your product, you should contact us first via email, and we will coordinate with you to get the appropriate details to finalize the revisions.
